2、6月16日【经开2015-8号】终被嘉兴市明阳置业有限公司以单价3901元/㎡竞得,成交总价约为1.351亿元,成交楼面价约为2167.2-3000.8元/㎡,溢价率达0.13%,欲打造望湖公馆二期。
